Questions
What exactly is a lead?
An office occupier whose lease is due to end or reach a break within 18 months. Each lead has the company name, address, rateable value, the dates, a score, a grade and the reason to call.
Are leads really exclusive?
Yes. Each lead is given to one firm only, and you never receive the same lead twice. Because of that, each area can only support a few firms, so we check what’s available before you start.
Do leads include contact names?
Where a public register publishes them, yes: a company’s current directors from Companies House, and a school’s head teacher from the Department for Education. You won’t get personal phone numbers or email addresses.
How accurate are the dates?
Today every date is an estimate, worked out from the date the occupier moved in and a typical lease length, and labelled as one. Treat it as a reason to ask, not a fact to quote. Recorded dates from HM Land Registry will be labelled as recorded when we add them.

Can I cancel?
Yes. The monthly plan runs month to month, with no minimum term. Cancel before your next month starts and you won’t be charged again.
